After over 35 years in the restaurant business, Jim and Helen Gotsoulias
along with their three sons, Taso, Niko, and Tom decided to embark on a
new venture - skara.
The doors to skara opened in November 2005 to offer Regina a new dining
experience featuring authentic mediterranean cuisine, steak made from
AAA Angus beef, and pizza to die for!
Along with the tasteful decor and terrific service, skara offers a
